Experience and Education
I am a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach with over 10 years of experience in individual coaching and team development. I hold a Master's degree in Management from DePaul University and have worked with individuals and teams from diverse backgrounds-ranging from nonprofit boards to corporate leaders.

I believe that everyone has unique talents and strengths that can be leveraged to achieve career success. My coaching style is collaborative and solution-focused, and I use a variety of tools and assessments to help my clients identify their goals and develop action plans.
